Fire Department communications tower at Station #51. A 4-bay Dipole sits on top for the 146.835 repeater while a side mounted duel band antenna waits for a UHF repeater and APRS Digipeter. Posted 5:46 PM by Jack Tuesday, February 26, 20082008 Ham ClassClub PIO Linda Harshbarger has posted a flyer for the Mid-State Amateur Radio Club's 2008 technician class, which will be held at the White River Fire Department, located at Olive Branch Road and State Road 135, just south of Greenwood. The classes will be held on March 19th, March 26th, April 2nd, and April 9th. Classes are free, but students must provide their own textbooks, available at a variety of places. Our webpage will be updated soon to reflect this year's location and times.
