Club Mintutes record the activities and happenings of each meeting. Compiled and written by the club secretary, they serve as official notice of what transpired at each official meeting, and what was accomplished. Each member attending the meeting is listed in the meetings, as well as each motion and report, in addition to the new and old business discussed. Minutes are presented to the club membership at the following meeting, and any additions and corrections are made. The minutes are then voted upon, and become a permanant record. The Mid-State Amateur Radio Club is committed to maintaining public access to its records. Accordingly, you may download and view the club minutes below. Minutes after November 2004 are currently available, and past minutes may soon be available. Any questions about the club minutes should be directed to the Secretary. The template for the minutes is also available, and is can be used for an agenda or syllabus for a typical meeting.

Minutes marked with an asterisk (*) are thus considered pending, and are listed here for review purposes only. Once approved, any changes will be reflected, and the asterisk (*) will be removed. These minutes will then be considered adopted, and will be part of the club's permanant record.
